Dressing down a ball gown

Today I felt like doing the dishes in a ball gown. My best way to wear "fancy" pieces is to dress them down. I really hate the idea of buying something for a special occasion and just use it once. This dress I bought and wore at a fancy gala when I lived in Stockholm, but today I wore it like this. By combining a superfancy dress with sporty shoes, a t-shirt and a cardigan you can wear it more often, and you won't have feel bad for having a great dress that you only wore once.
